Our client, the owner of the site, proposed to redevelop the site through refurbishment and extension of the existing 2 cottages and the constructing 3 additional, detached houses on the land.
Following positive pre-application discussions with the Local Authority, Optimis submitted a detailed application to Bedford Borough Council in February 2017. Planning permission was granted in May 2017.
