Land disposal

Acting as an agent on behalf of the vendor or purchaser, Optimis provides a bespoke service aimed at meeting the needs of the client. Our strategy for disposal is based on a thorough and commercially prudent approach where we seek to maximise the commercial terms of our client.

Our team has a wealth of experience in negotiating property contracts and this allows us to add support to a vendor or purchaser that is not traditionally provided by estate agencies. We provide a bespoke service that takes the acquisition or disposal of land from an initial idea through a thorough dedicated service to completion of the transaction.
