Planning permission granted for a small infill in Minster on Sea (Kent)

Optimis is delighted to have secured planning permission for a single dwelling infill and the extension of the existing dwelling at Gespa in Minster on Sea.

With the support of the Town Council, we successfully negotiated revisions to the originally submitted scheme that positively responded to the Planning Officer’s concerns. These minor adjustments to scale, siting and increased landscaping convinced Swale Borough Council and consequently planning permission was granted.
