Optimis secures a resolution to grant planning permission for 64 flats in Luton

Optimis is delighted to secure a resolution to grant planning permission for a residential development in the form of 64 flats on industrial land near to the railway station in Luton. Although the site forms part of a major area of urban regeneration we successfully arguing for a high density apartment led scheme with zero affordable provision on site. Optimis was able to argue that the viability of delivery was only achievable through an apartment led development with much reduced affordable housing requirements. This development will act as a stimulus for further regeneration in the area, which is much sought after by the Local ward members and the planning department.
