Optimis secures consent for conversion of public house in Silsoe

Optimis has successfully secured planning permission for the change of use of The George Pub in Silsoe from Class A4 and A1/A3 to four residential flats and the conversion of the basement into an additional flat.

The public house was considered as an Asset of Community Value, however, Optimis provided a strong supporting justification to the LPA on this matter and subsequently received planning consent under delegated consent.
