Optimis secures approval for change of use from agricultural barn to 3-bed residential dwelling in Hertfordshire

Optimis is delighted to have secured approval for a change of use from agricultural barn to one 3-bed residential dwelling in Baldock, Hertfordshire.

Optimis provided the necessary evidence to  North Herts Council to demonstrate that the change of use was acceptable.  Full planning has been granted subject to an environmental assessment and ecology report.
