Consultation on Rutland’s new Draft Local Plan
Rutland County Council has begun consulting on the Regulation 18 Preferred Options for the new Local Plan.
The consultation period, now live, began on 13th November and runs until 8th January 2024.
This is the first draft of the new Local Plan, and includes the Vision, Objectives, Spatial Strategy and Planning Policy Framework deemed by the council to “best address the challenges and utilise the unique opportunities that face Rutland now and in the future.”
