Sale of land in the heart of Luton

Optimis is delighted to be instructed to sell an important parcel of land immediately adjacent to the main rail station in Luton, Bedfordshire for a mixed use development comprising around 290 dwellings and ancillary commercial premises. Working with architects Westworks, we obtained planning consent on behalf of the clients and have identified a developer to deliver the project, immediately adjacent to the rail station in an area that is experiencing significant regeneration. As the land function of the business expands, despite a difficult trading climate, we are confident that we can continue acting to serve our clients’ best interests by identifying a suitable developer partner to deliver an impressive development in the heart of the town.
