Retrospective Advertisement Consent Secured for Signage

Optimis is pleased to have successfully secured advertisement consent for the retention of 2 no. signs in Shipton (Aylesbury Vale). Despite being located adjacent to the Shipton Conservation Area and within an Area of Special Advertisement Control, Optimis was able to demonstrate that the retainment of the signs would not have a harmful impact on the character of the local area or the safety of road users. Following consideration of the evidence provided and responses received, with no objection from internal consultees, the Council proceeded to consent the application.
