Reserved matter consent for 40 residential units as part of Stondon Community Project

Optimis is delighted to have secured reserved matters consent for the provision of 40 residential units in Lower Stondon alongside Snowdon Homes and Welland Group. This follows the issue of outline planning permission in April 2020 for which Optimis was also the agent.

The consented scheme comprises part of the Stondon Community Project. Optimis have engaged with the community, Council, and relevant stakeholders for many years to see the delivery of enhanced recreational open space, footpath links and community facilities in the form of a fit for purpose building to meet the needs of the entire community. The consented residential units will aid in the delivery of community enhancements, alongside the provision of additional open space, footpath links and affordable and market homes in compliance with Council standards to meet local need.
