Optimis wins appeal for HMO in Harrow

Optimis is delighted to have secured planning consent for a Section 73 application (Removal of a Condition) by means of an appeal for a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) in Harrow. The appeal sought to remain a kitchenette in one of the bedsits, which the council wanted to be removed.

Optimis successfully argued that this kitchenette would not result in the creation of a self-contained dwelling, with the Inspector agreeing with this assessment.
