Optimis wins appeal and full award of costs again Central Bedfordshire Council for residential dwellings in Shefford

Optimis is delighted to have assisted Black Horse Residential on their appeal against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council for seven residential dwellings in Shefford. The appeal has been successful with a full award of costs additionally being awarded. The appeal was allowed because the Inspector believed that the development would not adversely affect the current highways situation for either vehicles or pedestrians. The Inspector awarded the costs as notwithstanding the change in officer the opinion that was offered was that of the council and not the individual officer.
