Optimis secures approval for non-material amendments

Optimis is delighted to have successfully secured planning permission for non-material amendments (NMAs) for a site on Chapel Lane, Blisworth. The site has an extensive planning history with the original application for “residential development for 27 houses and estate road and associated works (outline)” approved in 2010.

Optimis put forward an application which proposed some minor “non-material amendments”, such as altering fenestration, doors, paint colours and flues. These proposed amendments will improve the functionality and attractiveness of the respective units and overall enhance their success of sale. The LPA agreed with Optimis’ position that the changes proposed were not material, considered any impact of the development to be limited and therefore granted approval.
