Optimis secures approval for change of use from Office to Residential in St Albans

Consent has been granted for change of use from Office (Use class B) to Residential (use Class C3) in the Porters Wood Industrial Estate which is a designated employment area.

Optimis prepared the Prior Notification Statement for the change of use and liaised extensively with various stakeholders involved in the project such as noise consultants and architects.
