Optimis Consulting is pleased to have assisted Vistry Homes in securing Reserved Matters consent for 201 new dwellings within the Nuneaton and Bedworth Council area.

The wider area previously secured Outline consent for 850 residential dwellings comprising a substantial extension to Nuneaton in line with the Councils goals. Following detailed Pre-application discussions, this application sought to secure the layout, landscaping, scale and appearance of 201 of these units. The scheme will provide 50 affordable dwellings, comprising 25% of the total development, and a varied mix of housing in line with the Councils identified housing need. It incorporates cycle and pedestrian links throughout alongside a green corridor and the retention of valuable trees and landscaping.
