Optimis assists in securing full planning permission for 90 new residential units in Luton

Optimis is delighted to have assisted in securing full planning permission for 90 new residential units in Luton. The site comprised previously developed land set within a highly sustainable area in close proximity to Luton Town Centre. Optimis assisted the applicant in detailed discussions throughout the course of the application, building a collaborative relationship with the Local Planning Authority. The scheme presents a development of truly excellent design, promoting the use of sustainable transport modes and applying a range of energy efficient design measures throughout. The consented development will deliver significant enhancements to the poor quality appearance of the site at present and make valuable contributions to the provision of family homes within the administrative area for which there is identified need.
