Joe Read is promoted to Planning Associate

We are delighted to announce that Joe Read has been promoted to Planning Associate at Optimis Consulting.

Joe joined Optimis in 2021 and specialises in residential planning with experience of working on a range of schemes of varying scale and complexity, preparing planning strategies, coordinating applications and negotiating with local planning authorities.
