Full planning permission secured for a redesigned community building as part of the Stondon Community Project

Optimis is delighted to have secured full planning permission for community building in Lower Stondon as part of the Stondon Community Project. Optimis have engaged with the community, Council, and relevant stakeholders for many years to see the delivery of enhanced recreational open space, footpath links and community facilities in the form of a fit for purpose building to meet the needs of the entire community. This application followed previous approvals for a community building but sought and secured a community building redesigned alongside the Parish Council to ensure the provision of an area that meets the needs of all future users.
