Planning approved for 3 dwellings in Wootton

Optimis is delighted that a planning application has been approved by Bedford Borough Council’s Planning Committee, following Officer recommendation for approval, for the refurbishment and extension of the existing 2 cottages and the construction of 3 additional detached dwellings at Cause End Road in Wootton. Prior to the submission of the application positive pre-application discussions were held with Planning and Conservation Officers that resulted in a detailed application scheme that responds positively to the neighbouring heritage assets and their settings.
