Congratulations to our Head of Ecology, Joanne Makin, who has successfully completed all the components of her River Condition Assessment training.
She is now a ‘Certified Surveyor’, fully qualified in conducting surveys on various watercourse types such as rivers, streams, brooks, and canals! These surveys are an essential Biodiversity Net Gain requirement, where River Condition Assessments are used to the establish the baseline value of watercourses within your project area.
