A new Local Plan is being prepared in Central Bedfordshire, and all landowners, communities and other stakeholders will get a chance to have their say. This will also mean that the housing requirements for the future of Central Bedfordshire will be set and new development opportunities considered. In fact, from 6^th May, the council will start its first formal consultation and this will last for 4 weeks.
