Buckinghamshire Council Wider Call for Sites
In preparation for their new Local Plan 2040, Buckinghamshire has launched a Wider Call for Sites to meet the growing housing and economic development needs within the administrative area.
The Call for Sites will help to inform the Council of the available land for development within Buckinghamshire.
Sites will be assessed for their:
• suitability
• availability
• achievability (including viability) to accommodate development
The consultation is open now and will close on the 11th September 2022.
